Tactile letters — Among my favorite creative acts is combining letterforms with physical substrates, making type tangible, present. Below are samples of various instances where typographic treatments have found their way into a plethora of physical settings—laser-cut on plywood; letterpressed on chipboard; silkscreened on fabric, or digitally-printed on vinyl as a large-scale graphic in a museum lobby.
